How did you benefit from Shell Malaysia Scholarship?
The financial assistance was a great help of course as it provides me the opportunity to study in the university. Apart from that, I also benefited from the support network from other Shell Scholars.

How would you describe your role in Shell?
Challenge, change and chance to keep learning. As part of the financial reporting team in a business, it is my responsibility to ensure that the financials that we report to the Group on a monthly basis is accurate and reliable to be used by the management for decision making purposes.

What do you like most about the job?
A variety of tasks, a high level of interaction with people and the chance to develop my skills. Others factors includes conducive working environment, good work/life balance, and opportunities for the future

How's your experience in getting the job?
Via Shell Recruitment Day (SRD) which I think is the toughest interview I've been to. We were given real-life case studies/issues to solve which requires a lot of on-the-spot critical thinking.
